Call us at 414-933-8398 to place a special order.

Receipts are required for all returns. The last day for a full refund is by store close on the Friday of your first week of class.

All purchases made after the Friday of the first week of class are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be permitted.

Absolutely no returns allowed five business days after the purchase date for summer books.

All sales are final on special orders and are not returnable.

For rental policies please refer to the Rental Contract.

Personal checks require five business days to clear. We reserve the right to wait until a check has cleared before issuing a refund.

For credit/debit purchases the original card must be present for any refunds.

New textbooks must be returned unmarked and in new condition.

Any shrink-wrapped books/materials must be returned unopened in the original shrink-wrap.

All yellow tag items are not returnable.

Non-textbook items including: lab notebooks, goggles, folders, notebooks, supplies, clothing, access codes, software, course notes and etc are not returnable..
