Shipping Policies

Sweeney's College Books Items will be securely packed to ensure you items are not damaged in shipping..

Shipments usually take seven to ten business days.

Receipts are required for all returns. The last day for returns at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters is by 5 p.m. on the Friday of the first week of class.

Summer returns are due by the end of the first week of class for that session. Absolutely no returns allowed five business days after the purchase date for summer books.

Please allow 5 business days for checks to clear. For any refunds on credit or debit purchases the original card or card number and expiration date are required at the time of return.

New textbooks must be returned unmarked in new condition.

Shrink-wrapped books or materials must be returned unopened in the original shrink-wrap.

Textbooks priced with yellow stickers are non-returnable.

Non-textbook items including: goggles, lab notebooks, supplies, clothing, access codes, software, homework managers, course notes, and etc. are not returnable.

We reserve the right to deny returns for any reason.
