Summer 2010

Receipts are REQUIRED for all returns. Full textbook refunds on Summer books will be provided for a period of 5 days after the purchase date. No returns will be offered after the end of the first week of class for your session.

If a check was used for the purchase, we reserve the right to verify the check has cleared before giving a refund in cash. Typically, this is 5 business days. If this requires you to wait beyond the last date for returns, please contact us at the bookstore. No exceptions will be made otherwise.

A purchase by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card. The original credit card number and expiration date will be needed.

Cash purchases are refunded to cash.

Books in shrink-wrap must be returned in shrink-warp. Once the shrink-wrap has been removed, opened, or torn, the book is not returnable. Used books must be returned in the same condition as purchased.

Sweeney's Special Books (priced with a yellow price sticker) are lower in price because they are non returnable

Special Orders are non-returnable

Notebooks, folders, goggles, lab manuals, course notes, clothing, and other non-textbook items are non returnable.
